Graduation Procedures
Students must apply for a diploma not later than the second week of
the term in which they plan to graduate. Application is made at the
Office
of the University Registrar where the student receives a "Final
Term Clearance Form." This must then be stamped by the University
Cashier's Office, taken to the doctoral director for sign-off, and
then to the College of Social Science Office of the Associate Dean
for Academic Affairs.
The application procedure must be repeated if the student does not
graduate during the term for which the application was submitted.
